How to interface cam to mote???

we were thinking how to interface the cam and telosb mote. we read few papers to find out how people have done it. we came across the projects where a cam is connected to the mote through micro USB.
To do that we need to add the micro USB to the telosb mote as an extension. But to be frank there is not enough time for that, may be we can do that next semester. Also available interfaces are expensive, we dont have that much funds for the project. So we were breaking our heads about doing this!!!!!! Hopefully we will come up with some thing
